This article provides a theoretical analysis of the scientific and methodological foundations for individualizing speed-strength training in 11–14-year-old female boxers. It is substantiated that individualization depends more on biological maturation, technical preparedness, morphofunctional status, neuromuscular activation, and individual responses to training loads than on chronological age alone. Based on a systemic and comparative analysis of the scientific literature, a conceptual methodological model was developed that assesses athletes according to their readiness profiles. The model integrates biological maturation and baseline diagnostics, identification of the readiness profile, selection of appropriate training means, ongoing monitoring, and load adjustment as interrelated stages. The key feature of the proposed model is the rejection of grouping athletes aged 11–14 solely by chronological age and the adaptation of training content to biological and technical preparedness.
