Trainlytix – Terms of Use

1. Introduction

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Trainlytix mobile and web application (the "App"), operated by CodePass s.r.o., Na ovčinách 440/2, Prague, Czech Republic ("Company", "we", "us"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Account Types and User Roles

Trainlytix offers two main account types:

a) Individual Accounts

Intended for individual users. User roles under Individual Accounts:

  • Coach
  • Athlete
  • Parent

b) Organization Accounts

Intended for clubs, schools, teams, or other organizations. User roles under Organization Accounts:

  • Owner (highest level of control)
  • Manager
  • Coach
  • Athlete
  • Parent

The permissions and available features depend on the selected account type and assigned role.

3. Pricing and Subscription Plans

Trainlytix operates on a subscription-based model. The Athlete plan starts with a 14-day free trial. The Individual Coaches and Organizations plans are free of charge for the coach and for the organization; the athletes they coach subscribe individually at the rates stated below. Pricing plans depend on the selected account type, user roles, and scope of use. The following plans are available:

Athlete Plan – 19 € / month

Available to Athlete accounts (Individual Accounts only).

  • 14-day free trial
  • Logging of sessions, load, recovery and subjective feedback
  • AI training plans that adapt as the athlete progresses
  • Training load management (intensity, volume and recovery)
  • Readiness and recovery monitoring
  • Injury risk monitoring with early overload and asymmetry warnings
  • Sport-specific technique analysis
  • Performance tracking, trends and statistics
  • Import of data from supported platforms (such as Garmin, Whoop, Apple Health, Strava, Polar, Oura and SwingVision)
  • Photo and video uploads
  • Nutrition tracking
  • Scheduling of competitions and matches
  • Sharing of data with a coach
  • Encryption and GDPR compliance

Individual Coaches Plan – 0 € / month

Designed for individuals and small teams (Individual or small Organization Accounts).

  • Free for the coach
  • Each coached athlete pays 15 € / month
  • Management of your athletes
  • Advanced statistics
  • Collaboration with guest coaches
  • Creation of training plans for athletes
  • Performance feedback
  • Parent access to a child's progress
  • All Athlete plan features

Organizations Plan – 0 € / month

Designed for sports clubs, academies, and educational institutions (Organization Accounts).

  • Free for the organization
  • Each athlete pays 9 € / month
  • Owner and Manager accounts
  • Management of athletes and coaches
  • Performance teams
  • Data across all athletes
  • Coach performance monitoring
  • Custom analytics built for the organization
  • All Individual Coaches plan features

Enterprise Plan – 1000 € / month or 800 € / month (billed yearly)

All prices are stated in euros and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise; outside Europe the same amounts are displayed in US dollars. Detailed and current pricing information is always available within the App or on the official Trainlytix website. The Company reserves the right to modify pricing with prior notice.

4. Purpose of the App

Trainlytix is an AI-powered coaching and training analytics application intended to support athletes, coaches, parents, and organizations in tracking training, performance, and related data. The App does not provide medical advice.

The App is currently in early access. New users join a waiting list rather than registering directly, and features may change while it remains in early access.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for unlawful purposes
  • Upload false, misleading, or harmful content
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the App

7. AI Features Disclaimer

AI-generated insights are informational only and may be inaccurate. You use them at your own risk. Always consult qualified professionals for medical or training decisions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and trademarks related to Trainlytix are the property of CodePass s.r.o. or its licensors.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from use of the App.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
