Adaptation-related changes in special physical, technical, and complex physical fitness were investigated in 13–16-year-old futsal players with different ABO blood groups following a 30-day training program. The study involved 178 male futsal players: 87 athletes aged 13–14 years and 91 athletes aged 15–16 years, classified according to O(I), A(II), B(III), and AB(IV) blood groups. Within each age group, all athletes followed the same training program in terms of structure and orientation; ABO blood group was not used to differentiate training loads. After completion of the program, positive changes in the studied indicators were observed across all blood groups. In both age groups, a recurring tendency toward better final

results in speed-related ball actions and selected coordination tests, whereas those with B(III) showed better results in ball juggling, static balance, and flexibility. Positive changes in all studied components of fitness were also observed in athletes with O(I) and AB(IV) blood groups. No statistically significant between-group differences were found (p>0.05); therefore, the observed pattern should be interpreted as a tendency reflecting individual variability in adaptation-related changes under identical training conditions.
