Abstract (source)
Read the original →This article substantiates criteria for individual control of training volume and intensity during wrestlers’ technical preparation. A comparative analysis of published research informs a decision framework combining external load, internal athlete response and stability of technical execution. The number of repetitions is interpreted together with opponent resistance and task complexity. This is a conceptual and methodological study; the proposed framework has not undergone experimental validation.
