Effect of an Eight Weeks Endurance Training Program on Body Mass Index (BMI) in Male College Students

Researchers took 50 male college students aged 16-20 and split them into two groups: one did eight weeks of structured continuous running at a heart-rate-based intensity (tracked with a Garmin watch), while the other carried on as usual. This study aimed to assess the effects of an eight-week endurance training regimen on the Body Mass Index (BMI) of male college students in Mirzapur.
