Evaluation of Physical Development in Male Athletes of the Binh Phuoc Vovinam Team after One Training Cycle

This study evaluated the physical development of male athletes from the Binh Phuoc Vovinam Team following one training cycle. Standard research

Methods: including document analysis, expert interviews, pedagogical testing, and statistical analysis were employed. Seventeen general and sport specific physical fitness tests were selected to assess athlete performance before and after the training period.
