Aim: of this study was to compare handgrip strength, vertical jump, agility, and flexibility performances, as well as joint range of motion levels, in young male tennis and badminton players aged 14–16 years, and to examine the relationships among these parameters. A total of 27 male athletes, including tennis (n=15) and badminton (n=12) players who actively compete in their respective sports, voluntarily participated in the study. In addition to body composition measurements, handgrip strength, vertical jump, agility, and flexibility tests were conducted, and joint range of motion of the shoulder, hip, knee, and elbow was assessed.
