Abstract (source)

Twenty healthy female recreationalists between 18 and 33 years of age, who expressed their intention to reduce their percentage fat mass with weight loss, were recruited in the study. Measurements were made at three time points including the start of the study before (baseline), after the second month of intervention and at end of forth month (conclusive). Five times a week, the group worked out for 90 minutes, usually in the morning. The T-test of small dependent samples was used to evaluate the differences between initial and control measurements, between control and final measurements, and between initial and final measurements.
