Abstract (source)

This article examines an evidence-informed methodological approach to improving start reaction and initial 0โ€“30 m acceleration in short-distance sprinters. Contemporary biomechanical and training research indicates that sprint-start performance depends not only on response time to the start signal, but also on force production against the blocks, rapid hip extension, horizontal impulse, first-step mechanics and the ability to continue accelerating effectively. On this basis, a five-component model combining reaction drills, individualized block settings, resisted sprinting, plyometric-strength training and digital monitoring is proposed. The model is intended to individualize training load, improve Zamonaviy jamiyat va innovatsiyalar ilmiy nazariy jurnali 2026-yil, 8-Son, 2-Qism.
